release new single 'baby don't you miss me'

Tonotopic Records are pleased to bring you the brand new single from UK indie rock band Kings and Castles. The track is called 'Baby Don't You Miss Me' and is a singer songwriter ballad infused with heavy rock guitar choruses and a screaming lead guitar solo, hitting the listener hard with emotion at the peak of the track.

UK indie rock band Kings and Castles are excited to announce the release of their latest single Baby Don't You Miss Me. The track is a classic singer songwriter ballad, starting with clean and cold guitar and vocals that tell a story of love and betrayal. As the song builds, hard distorted choruses and harmonies fill the track out as full rock piece, closing as an epic and emotional song.
The song was written by frontman Ross Rolph, who had this to say about the production:

"This was a difficult one to write cohesively; we've all had relationships in our lives that didn't work out and I wanted to get that rawness out in song form, something that could be relevant to everyone listening. Once the melody and lyrics were done we had to put our heads together in the studio to try an capture that emotion. I think we've come up with something pretty special and I hope it translates to the wider audience!" - Ross Rolph

About Kings and castles
Kings and Castles is made up of Ross (Vocals/ Guitar), Aiden (Guitar/ Vocals), Louie (Bass) and Matt (Drums/ Vocals), determined to put their stamp on the world having been picked up by London based record label Tonotopic Records.

Formed in early 2017, the indie rock quartet recorded their first song “Love is the word”, which was instantly picked up by the BBC Introducing team and immediately started getting airplay.
A busy 2018 saw them pack out numerous venues creating a party like atmosphere in locations across the UK. The band performed at various festivals throughout the year, such as Byline, Icebreaker, Charmed Life and Wickham Festival. Having played with artists such as Badly Drawn Boy, Deco and Wolf Culture over recent months, the band have released their latest single “Daydream”, which has already received raving reviews.
