Anonymous Country is the brainchild of Nashville songwriter and producer Kent Owens.  After working extensively in film, Owens craved a new project that satisfied his musical ambitions, and allowed him to unleash a series of americana country songs he'd been working on for several years. The solution was to gather an elite group of Nashville session musicians in the studio to perform his works, and for Owens to direct from the control room.

An entire band makes up the musical ingredients of Anonymous Country, however all choose to be unnamed and totally anonymous, including Owens who identifies by name only.

Once tracks were mixed and mastered, Anonymous Country signed to Tonotopic Records in 2019 and are set to release a number of tracks over the coming months.
